Important Notice: Withdrawal of Secret Santa Scratchcard in TG Jones stores

We have identified a printing error affecting a limited number of Secret Santa scratchcards that may incorrectly display a winning message. To protect players, we have withdrawn this game from sale with immediate effect. The issue is limited to this game only — all other Rieves scratchcards are unaffected.

Under our Terms & Conditions, Rieves may cancel any game affected by a technical or printing fault. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to validate or honour Secret Santa tickets. If you purchased a Secret Santa scratchcard, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@rieves.co.uk and we will provide:

• A refund of £2 per ticket plus entry into all three online Xmas draws with the chance to win up to £1,500
